Meditation auf Deutsch mit Daniel


Komm und lass den Tag mit Meditation ausklingen. Daniel führt Dich sanft mit Atemübungen in einen entspannten, meditativen Zustand. Diese Session ist gleichermaßen für Anfänger und Fortgeschrittene geeignet. Übung macht den Meister, und in der Zwischenzeit versprechen wir Dir etwas weniger Stress und etwas mehr Gelassenheit - in unter 30 Minuten!

Come and join Daniel for some end of the day meditation! He will warm up with some slow breathing and mindfulness and then move into a deeper practice. This session is intended for newbs and master sages alike, just come and practice with Jeremy, we promise you will feel more relaxed and less stressed in just 30 minutes!
