Educators in VR works with a variety of non-profits, companies, and projects to produce events, workshops, classes, and conferences in virtual reality and virtual platforms. Come join us to support these worthwhile events and experiences and lend your hand.
We will be discussing the various events coming up including the iLRN 2020 conference for the Immersive Learning Research Network, a non-profit group of global educators and researchers working with innovative immersive technologies, June 21-25; YOUNGA, a 2 day student take-over and conference of the United Nation in September to highlight the issues and solutions for world problems; projects and conferences with the Virtual World Society; Educators in VR's Students in VR projects and conference this fall; and many other special events and activities we are bringing to AltspaceVR, ENGAGE, VirBELA, and other social and virtual platforms to support education in VR, AR, and XR.
We offer extensive skill training for free in event hosting, speaking, moderation, slides, world building, video recording, and live streaming, and general support. The commitment is typically 2-8 hours a week spread across the week, during the events, but you choose the times that work for you.
If you wanted to improve your presentation and general event skills in VR, we'd love to help you, and provide the opportunity to put these skills into action.
Come join the fun!
