Join us with special guest Mikko Myllymäki, RN, MSc, Nursing Lecturer, Startup Entrepreneur: Mikko is a Co-founder of a Finnish startup VR4Healthcare, which creates Virtual Reality training for nursing and medical education. Mikko also works as a lecturer of nursing at Savonia University of Applied Sciences in Finland. Mikko has over 10 years of clinical experience especially in the intensive care setting. He an ALS instructor and a medical simulation educator. Mikko is a member of the XR Medical Healthcare Team for EDVR.

The Finnish healthcare startup VR4Healthcare creates VR training environments for nursing and medical education. This multidisciplinary healthcare team approaches the future of healthcare education from a clinical and pedagogical perspectives and will be exploring the full potential of immersive XR training in medical and healthcare education.

Educators in VR's Medical and Healthcare Team members engage healthcare practitioners, managers and subject matter experts, who are actively applying immersive technologies to advance patient care and improve access, delivery and management of healthcare services.

Educators in VR is dedicated to integrating VR, AR, and XR into education and business.
