Considering presenting an event in AltspaceVR? want to support your favorite event as a moderator? The Educators in VR team offer tips and techniques for moderating events in AltspaceVR and beyond.

Educators in VR team produces over 800 public VR events annually in AltspaceVR and other platforms. Their expertise can help you support events and host your best events by understanding how event moderation tools work, evaluating disruptive behavior from trolling, and how to support event hosts and the audience.

This is an introductory workshop. The EDVR Institute offers free and paid workshops to expand your event hosting and moderation skills as well as world building, teaching in VR, and other educational opportunities.

Come learn how this all works and how to experience the joy of giving back through event moderation.


Educators in VR is dedicated to integrating VR, AR, and XR into education and business. We host over 800 VR free and paid events, classes, workshops, and conferences annually covering all aspects of education. Educators in VR started in AltspaceVR when educators came together to solve their common challenges, and has grown to over 2,500 members from around the world, and over a dozen Team Projects (special interest groups).
