Can VR Combat Loneliness? Public Health Perspectives


Let's talk about public health* and information technology during the annual Public Health Informatics Conference in Atlanta! While any topic in this intersection qualifies, I am particularly interested in the intersection between virtual reality and public health. For example, loneliness is increasingly recognized as an underappreciated public health epidemic. Can VR, especially social VR help?
